Dean Choy is a graduate of Yale University and Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley.  He is licensed to practice law in Hawaii, California, and Missouri.  Mr. Choy is a solo practitioner specializing in labor and employment law representing both employers and employees.  Mr. Choy's practice also involves the representation of schools in Hawaii.
